Annual Supply Contracts

• Term is for a twelve-month period with a predetermined monthly volume.
• Price is based on Global's posted price plus the PERC Assessment at the terminal on the day of delivery.
• Pipeline allocation is based on a Summer/Winter ratio.
• Pipeline allocation is earned on product lifted between April 1 and September 30.
• Payment is made on normal credit terms.

Spot Sales

• Price is firm for the predetermined number of loads to be lifted within a month.
• Pipeline allocation is earned on spot liftings between April 1 and September 30.
• Product, pipeline tariff, freight, and PERC Assessment are invoiced at time of delivery according to normal credit terms.

Presales

OPTION A

• Term is for one to twelve months.
• Minimum volume is 42,000 gallons.
• Prepay 100% of propane.
• Propane can be lifted anytime within the twelve months.
• Pipeline tariff, freight, and PERC Assessment are due ten days from date of delivery.
• Pipeline allocation is earned on product lifted between April 1 and September 30.

OPTION B

• Term is for one to twelve months.
• Minimum volume is 42,000 gallons.
• Down payment is customized.
• Balance of product, pipeline tariff, freight, and PERC Assessment are due ten according to normal credit terms.
• Product must be scheduled for lifting during predetermined months, i.e. 42,000 gallons in November, 84,000 gallons in December, etc.
• Pipeline allocation is earned on product lifted between April I and September 30.
• Storage is free for twelve months on prebuy gas.

OPTION C

• Futures contracts are available on the New York Mercantile Exchange.
• Term is for one to twelve months.
• Minimum volume is 42,000 gallons.
• Prepay 25% of propane, balance due the last working day prior to delivery month.
• Propane cannot be lifted prior to delivery month.
• Pipeline tariff, freight and PERC Assessment are due ten days from date of delivery.
• Pipeline allocation is earned on product lifted between April 1 and September 30.
